Refund/Exchange Policy
Please choose your artwork carefully as I do not accept returns*. All items are final sale.
Damaged Fine Art Prints or Original Artwork
If you notice any serious damage to the outside of the package please do not sign for the delivery and contact Sophie immediately. To avoid accidentally damaging your edition, for example if a work is unframed, leave all unpacking and handling of the artwork to me or a trusted professional framer or art handler. Contact Sophie for local recommendations.
If you notice damage upon unpacking your order, contact Sophie within 48 hours of receiving the artwork with digital images/documentation of the damage. If I find that the edition was damaged in transit I will endeavor to replace the edition. In the event that I am unable to replace the edition I will arrange a refund upon receiving the returned damaged artwork and corresponding Certificate of Authenticity (when applicable).
*T-Shirts
T-Shirts can be exchanged for another size/style if available, buyer pays return shipping and item must be in resalable condition. If the desirable exchange size is not available, a refund will be issued upon the return of the shirt provided that it is in resalable condition.
